Bu politika, Ege Tasarım Merkezi'nin (“biz”) müşteri paneli Ege Panel'in (panel.egetasarimmerkezi.com) Google hesabınız ve Google Ads hesaplarınızla ilgili verileri nasıl eriştiğini, kullandığını, sakladığını, paylaştığını ve sildiğini açıklar. 2. Eriştiğimiz Google verileri

Google hesabınızı panele yalnızca siz bağlarsınız. Bağlarken iki izin istenir:

  • Temel profil (openid, email): bağladığınız Google hesabının e-posta adresi. Hangi Google hesabının bağlı olduğunu size göstermek için kullanılır.
  • Google Ads (adwords): erişiminiz olan reklam hesaplarının numarası, adı ve para birimi; kampanyaların adı, durumu, kanal türü ve günlük bütçesi; gösterim, tıklama, maliyet, dönüşüm ve dönüşüm değeri gibi performans metrikleri; reklam grupları, reklam metinleri, anahtar kelimeler, negatif kelimeler ve arama terimleri; kampanya hedeflemesi (konum, dil, zaman planı, cihaz) ve öğeler (site bağlantısı, açıklama metni, telefon); Google'ın hesabınız için ürettiği öneriler ve son 30 günlük değişiklik geçmişi; reklamların açılış adresleri; Performance Max öğe grupları ve öğeleri; dönüşüm işlemleri (ad, kategori, ayarlar, son 30 günlük sayı) ve etiket kodları; reklam hesabına bağlı Merchant Center hesap numaraları ve Alışveriş kampanyalarının ürün performansı (ürün kimliği, başlığı, markası ve metrikleri).

3. Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

  • Seçtiğiniz reklam hesabının ve kampanyaların performansını panelde size raporlamak.
  • Yalnızca siz bir işlemi başlattığınızda reklam hesabınızı yönetmek: kampanya, reklam grubu, reklam, anahtar kelime, negatif kelime, hedefleme, öğe ve dönüşüm işlemi oluşturmak, düzenlemek, duraklatmak, başlatmak ya da kaldırmak; bütçe ve teklif stratejisini değiştirmek; Google'ın önerilerini uygulamak ya da kapatmak. Panel sizin isteğiniz olmadan reklam hesabınızda değişiklik yapmaz. Yeni kampanyalar, siz "hemen başlat" demedikçe duraklatılmış oluşturulur; her değişiklik uygulanmadan önce Google'da doğrulanır.
  • Panelden yapılan değişiklikleri, kimin yaptığıyla birlikte değişiklik geçmişinde göstermek ve geri alınabilen değişiklikleri geri almanızı sağlamak.
  • Siz istediğinizde kampanya verilerinizin yapay zekâ ile değerlendirilmesini ve analizini hazırlamak (bkz. 5. madde). Yapay zekânın önerdiği değişiklikler hiçbir zaman kendiliğinden uygulanmaz; yalnızca sizin seçip onayladıklarınız uygulanır.

Google verilerinizi reklam hedeflemesi, kredi değerlendirmesi, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam ya da veri satışı için kullanmayız.

4. Saklama ve güvenlik

  • Erişim ve yenileme jetonları veritabanımızda şifrelenmiş olarak saklanır ve yalnızca sizin adınıza Google Ads'e istek yapmak için kullanılır.
  • Erişebildiğiniz reklam hesaplarının listesi (numara, ad, para birimi) en fazla bir saat önbellekte tutulur, sonra Google'dan yeniden okunur.
  • Bir siteyi bir reklam hesabıyla eşlediğinizde eşleme bilgisi (reklam hesabı numarası ve adı, seçtiğiniz kampanyalar) ve istediyseniz üretilen yapay zekâ değerlendirme metni ve analizleri (özet ve önerilen değişiklikler) o sitenin kaydında saklanır.
  • Performans metrikleri ayrıca saklanmaz; raporu her açtığınızda Google'dan anlık okunur.
  • Panelden yapılan her değişikliğin kaydı (ne değiştiği, önceki ve yeni değer, Google'ın döndürdüğü kaynak kimlikleri, işlemi yapan kullanıcı) o siteyle birlikte saklanır; site ya da hesap silindiğinde silinir.
  • Performance Max kampanya taslağına yüklediğiniz görseller, kampanya oluşturulana kadar web'den erişilemeyen bir klasörde saklanır; kampanya oluşturulunca Google Ads hesabınıza gönderilir ve panelden silinir. Taslak, site ya da hesap silindiğinde de silinir. Mevcut bir öğe grubuna eklediğiniz görseller panelde hiç saklanmaz.
  • Panel HTTPS üzerinden çalışır. Bir Google bağlantısını yalnızca onu kuran kullanıcı kullanabilir; müşteri hesapları yalnızca kendi sitelerini görür.

5. Paylaşım ve yapay zekâ

Google verilerinizi üçüncü taraflara satmayız ya da aktarmayız. Tek istisna, sizin başlattığınız yapay zekâ değerlendirmesidir: “Yapay zekâ değerlendirmesi” düğmesine bastığınızda, yalnızca o sitenin adı ve adresi, seçilen dönem, para birimi, toplam metrikler, kampanya satırları (ad, durum, kanal, bütçe, metrikler) ve en çok harcayan anahtar kelimeler; “Analiz et” düğmesinde ayrıca reklam grubu, anahtar kelime ve arama terimi metinleri ile bunların metrikleri, cihaz teklif ayarları ve negatif kelimeler, değerlendirmeyi üretmek için; kampanya sihirbazında ise yalnızca hedef sayfanın herkese açık içeriği (başlık, açıklama, metin, bağlantılar) ve sizin yazdığınız ürün/hizmet tanımı, konum, dil ve bütçe bilgisi, taslağı hazırlamak için panelin kullandığı yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına gönderilir. Şu an kullanılan sağlayıcı Google (Gemini)'dir; yönetici tarafından etkinleştirilirse Anthropic (Claude) ya da OpenAI (GPT) da kullanılabilir. Bu veri yalnızca size değerlendirme göstermek için gönderilir; Google kullanıcı verilerinizi yapay zekâ modeli eğitmek için kullanmayız ve sağlayıcılara bu amaçla vermeyiz. Yapay zekâ kullanım kayıtlarımızda yalnızca kullanım bilgisi (zaman, kelime/jeton sayısı) tutulur; gönderilen içerik kaydedilmez.

Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda (mahkeme kararı, yetkili makam talebi) veriler ilgili mevzuat çerçevesinde paylaşılabilir.

6. Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası

Ege Panel'in Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanması ve başka bir uygulamaya aktarması, Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use) koşulları dahil olmak üzere Google API Services User Data Policy'ye uygundur.

7. İzni geri alma ve silme

  • Panelden: Google Ads hesaplarım sayfasında bağlantıyı kaldırdığınızda izin Google tarafında da iptal edilir; şifreli jetonlar ve önbellekteki hesap listesi silinir. O bağlantıyı kullanan siteler “bağlantı yok” durumuna düşer.
  • Google'dan: izni dilediğiniz zaman myaccount.google.com/permissions adresinden de geri alabilirsiniz.
  • Site silindiğinde o sitenin reklam eşlemesi ve değerlendirme metni de silinir.
  • Hesabınız silindiğinde Google bağlantılarınız Google'da iptal edilir ve sitelerinizle birlikte tüm kayıtlarınız silinir. Hesap silme ya da verilerinizin silinmesi talebinizi info@egetasarimmerkezi.com adresine iletebilirsiniz; talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır.

8. Haklarınız

6698 sayılı KVKK'nın 11. maddesi kapsamındaki haklarınızı (bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz) yukarıdaki e-posta adresine yazarak kullanabilirsiniz.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellediğimizde yürürlük tarihini değiştiririz. Google verilerinin kullanım biçimini genişleten bir değişiklik olursa bunu panelde duyurur, gerekirse izninizi yeniden isteriz.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-21

This policy explains how Ege Panel (panel.egetasarimmerkezi.com), the client portal of Ege Tasarım Merkezi (“we”), accesses, uses, stores, shares and deletes data from your Google Account and your Google Ads accounts.

2. Google user data we access

Only you can connect your Google Account to the panel. We request two permissions:

  • Basic profile (openid, email): the email address of the connected Google Account, used to show you which Google Account is connected.
  • Google Ads (adwords): the IDs, names and currencies of the ad accounts you can access; campaign names, statuses, channel types and daily budgets; performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value; ad groups, ad texts, keywords, negative keywords and search terms; campaign targeting (location, language, ad schedule, device) and assets (sitelinks, callouts, call); Google's recommendations for your account and the last 30 days of change history; ad final URLs; Performance Max asset groups and assets; conversion actions (name, category, settings, last 30 days count) and their tag snippets; the Merchant Center account IDs linked to the ad account and product performance of Shopping campaigns (product ID, title, brand and metrics).

3. How we use the data

  • To report the performance of the ad account and campaigns you selected inside the panel.
  • To manage your ad account only when you start an action: creating, editing, pausing, enabling or removing campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, negative keywords, targeting, assets and conversion actions; changing budgets and bidding strategies; applying or dismissing Google's recommendations. The panel never changes your ad account without your explicit action. New campaigns are created paused unless you choose to start them, and every change is validated by Google before it is applied.
  • To show the changes made through the panel, with who made them, in a change history and to let you undo reversible changes.
  • To prepare an AI-generated evaluation and analysis of your campaign data when you request it (see section 5). Changes suggested by AI are never applied automatically; only the ones you select and confirm are applied.

We do not use Google user data for ad targeting, credit decisions, personalised advertising or data sales.

4. Storage and security

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in our database and used only to make Google Ads requests on your behalf.
  • The list of ad accounts you can access (ID, name, currency) is cached for at most one hour and then read again from Google.
  • When you map a website to an ad account, the mapping (ad account ID and name, selected campaigns) and, if requested, the generated AI evaluation text and analyses (summary and suggested changes) are stored with that website.
  • Performance metrics are not stored; they are read live from Google every time you open a report.
  • A record of each change made through the panel (what changed, the previous and new value, the resource IDs returned by Google and the user who made it) is stored with that website and deleted when the website or the account is deleted.
  • Images you upload to a Performance Max campaign draft are kept in a folder that is not reachable from the web until the campaign is created; they are then sent to your Google Ads account and deleted from the panel. They are also deleted when the draft, the website or the account is deleted. Images added to an existing asset group are never stored in the panel.
  • The panel is served over HTTPS. A Google connection can only be used by the user who created it; client accounts only see their own websites.

5. Sharing and AI

We do not sell or transfer your Google user data to third parties. The only exception is the AI evaluation you start yourself: when you click the “Yapay zekâ değerlendirmesi” (AI evaluation) button, only that website's name and URL, the selected period, the currency, total metrics, campaign rows (name, status, channel, budget, metrics) and the top-spending keywords — and, for the “Analiz et” (analyse) button, also ad group, keyword and search term texts with their metrics, device bid adjustments and negative keywords — — and, for the campaign wizard, only the public content of the landing page (title, description, text, links) together with the product/service description, locations, languages and budget you enter — are sent to the AI provider the panel uses, in order to generate the evaluation. The provider currently in use is Google (Gemini); if enabled by an administrator, Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (GPT) may be used. This data is sent only to show you the evaluation. We do not use Google user data to train AI models and do not provide it to AI providers for that purpose. Our AI usage logs contain only usage metadata (time, token counts), not the content sent.

Data may be disclosed where required by law (court order or a request from a competent authority).

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Ege Panel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Revoking access and deletion

  • In the panel: removing the connection on the Google Ads accounts page also revokes the permission at Google and deletes the encrypted tokens and the cached account list. Websites that used that connection become “not connected”.
  • At Google: you can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • When a website is deleted, its ad account mapping and evaluation text are deleted too.
  • When your account is deleted, your Google connections are revoked at Google and all of your records, including your websites, are deleted. Send account or data deletion requests to info@egetasarimmerkezi.com; we respond within 30 days.

8. Your rights

You can exercise your rights under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (access, rectification, erasure, objection) by writing to the email address above.

9. Changes

When we update this policy we change the effective date. If a change expands how Google user data is used, we will announce it in the panel and ask for your consent again where required.
